Why Did We Start Offering Franchised Units Of Chiropractic Specialty Center®
In 2007, franchising was the furthest in our minds. But, as time passed and the non-surgical spine and joint limitations became more apparent, we initiated plans to register as a franchisor in Malaysia. In 2012, we became the first organization that offered physiotherapy and chiropractic franchises under the same roof.

Our Targeted Methods Of Treatment For The Spine And Joints
Chiropractic Specialty Center® opened its door to the public in 2007. Before starting our center, we aimed to provide practical non-surgical alternatives for those that suffered from neck pain, back pain, slipped disc, scoliosis, joint, and sports injuries. After a few months of operations, we discovered several shortcomings in physiotherapy treatments that most physiotherapy centers offered in town. We then proceeded to incorporate physiotherapy treatments as an adjunct to chiropractic treatments. We did this to ensure care efficiency and improve clinical outcomes for those in need.
Dr. Yama Zafer, an American chiropractor, is our founder and director. He is a U.S. board-certified Doctor Of Chiropractic with an in-depth knowledge of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and chiropractic. His efforts and teaching were instrumental in our transition from chiropractic center to chiropractic, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation seamless. Today, our centers are the premiere chiropractic, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation center for musculoskeletal disorders in Malaysia. Our non-invasive methods of care are second to none. We had succeeded in getting patients better when other physiotherapy or chiropractic centers failed.
But, it was not just the integrative methods of care that set us apart from others. In 2009, we started treating our spine patients through a targeted collaborative approach termed NSD Therapy®. NSD Therapy® is a proprietary method of spine and care invented by Dr. Yama Zafer. Advanced therapeutic devices, clinical physiotherapists, and research-based chiropractors are vital in providing NSD Therapy® treatments.
